Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager at Bureau Veritas Switzerland AG.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + excellent benefits package.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

  • Manage workload distribution effectively across the team to maintain consistent service levels throughout the year.
  • Daily management of Client Coordinators, focusing on high-quality service delivery and adherence to strict HSE guidelines and quality expectations.
  • Main point of contact for Client Coordinators and Clients to resolve complex queries and provide exceptional customer service.

You will oversee data quality and ensure client agreements are regularly updated, building strong links with Sales and Marketing teams.

We require a tenacious individual with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, full driving license, and valid passport.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
