Job Title: Head of Demand Generation

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our demand generation efforts and drive pipeline growth. As Head of Demand Generation, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand gen strategy that creates, captures, and converts demand with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute full-funnel marketing programs to drive awareness, generate inbound leads, and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Develop and manage a scalable demand gen function that partners with sales to grow pipeline and revenue.
  • Lead a high-performing demand generation team and inspire collaboration, learning, and commercial alignment.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop cohesive and impactful campaigns that strengthen pipeline quality and improve the buyer journey.
  • Own the reporting process for demand generation activities, identifying KPIs and analyzing performance to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing and executing full-funnel marketing programs, including product launches and releases.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing or working with Digital Marketing teams/agencies.
  • Ability to use or get up to speed with key marketing solutions, including Hubspot and Google Analytics.
  • Commercial acumen with a passion for understanding our market and creating value for customers.
