Construction Dispute Resolution Opportunity

We are seeking a talented lawyer with 1 to 6 years PQE to join our Construction, Advisory and Disputes team in Glasgow and/or Edinburgh.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to demonstrate strong technical skills and present solutions effectively.

They will also have an interest in construction & engineering disputes/advisory work, with particular reference to the infrastructure, energy and/or real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing high-quality engineering and construction work, including live project advisory work and formal disputes involving adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation and other forms of ADR.
  2. Developing rewarding and sustainable client relationships.
  3. Working on the very best national and international work.
  4. Participating in client secondment and PM Office secondment opportunities.

The firm provides ongoing tailored training pre- and post-promotion, which has enabled several recent Scottish promotions into Partner and Legal Director roles.
