Construction Dispute Resolution Lawyer

We are seeking a talented lawyer with 1 to 6 years PQE to join our Construction, Advisory and Disputes team in Glasgow and/or Edinburgh.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to demonstrate strong technical skills and present solutions effectively.
They will also have an interest in construction & engineering disputes/advisory work, with particular reference to the infrastructure, energy and/or real estate sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality engineering and construction work, including live project advisory work and formal disputes involving adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation and other forms of ADR.
- Developing rewarding and sustainable client relationships.
- Working on the very best national and international work.
- Participating in client secondment and PM Office secondment opportunities.
The firm provides ongoing tailored training pre- and post-promotion, which has enabled several recent Scottish promotions into Partner and Legal Director roles.
