We are a well-respected national firm providing services across rural economy, with a focus on power and transmission networks and renewable projects.
Job OverviewThis is a Senior Management position as Land Consents Project Manager, leading a delivery team and developing relationships with clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities. Key responsibilities include line management, strategy, dispute resolution and hands-on tasks in the land consents process.
Main Responsibilities:- Line management of the delivery team to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and third-party stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes
- Support hands-on tasks in all aspects of the land consents process, from initial consultation to project completion
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in the south of Scotland, with the potential to work from any of our client's offices in the region.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annumWhat We OfferA competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
