About the Role

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly skilled Change Enablement Partner to join its team. As a Change Enablement Partner, you will work directly with assigned Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to lead change management efforts across projects, initiatives, processes, and policy deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner and collaborate with assigned CoEs to understand their strategies and lead change management efforts.
  2. Create and develop enablement and communication content in alignment with CoEs' strategies.
  3. Provide leadership in change management efforts, guiding stakeholders through the change process.
  4. Engage with key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with CoEs to develop required training programs and materials.
  6. Collaborate with the Process Innovation Team to customer-test new processes.
  7. Strong collaborative skills to work effectively as OneTeam across the HR Account Management Team, CoEs, and the broader HR Community.
  8. Proficiency in project management capabilities.
