Job Title: Senior Bid Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Bid Director to join our team at Management Recruitment Group. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development and delivery of successful project finance transactions, including the identification and optimization of new business opportunities.
  • Manage the bidding and negotiation process for projects through the competitive dialogue process, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, advisors, and supply chain providers.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development Director to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement our business growth strategy.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to project-specific transaction teams, ensuring the successful delivery of individual transactions.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successfully leading bids through to financial close, with experience of project finance transactions, competitive dialogue processes, and fixed price design and build contracts.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and to provide strategic leadership and direction to project-specific transaction teams.
  • Experience in the purpose-built student accommodation sector, or in PFI/PPP projects, would be an advantage.
