Business Development and Performance Officer

Databricks is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team in the UK. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in representing Databricks to prospective customers and helping to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform sales outreach and engagement
  • Partner with the wider sales team to develop territory strategy and drive pipeline growth

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a business development or sales representative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian is a plus
