About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the marketing team at Toyota Financial Services, KINTO, and KINTO UK as a Marketing Executive. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager to deliver on a wide range of marketing activities that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads, including social media, website, and communications.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and deliver a content strategy for KINTO UK, including website and social media, and liaise with relevant agencies.
  • Event Planning: Support the planning and coordination of KINTO internal and external events.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with sales enablement tools, knowledge, and skills to drive growth within their departments, including the creation of sales playbooks and content repositories.
  • Communications: Manage, create, and deliver communications calendars for external and internal stakeholders.
  • Agency Management: Develop clear and concise briefs for approved marketing agencies, including design, web development, and promotional materials.
  • Marketing Materials: Produce, deliver, and stock manage POS and marketing materials.
  • Competitor Research: Conduct regular competitor research and provide benchmarking reports.
  • Sales Team Support: Attend quarterly sales team meetings.
  • Brand Guardian: Act as a brand guardian across the business and other entities.
Requirements
  • Education: Educated to degree level in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or have 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Experience: Experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns and customer communications.
