Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly driven Sales Professional to join our successful sales team at Workshop Recruitment.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative who will stand out from the crowd to sell our product range, expand business with existing electrical wholesalers, and encourage repeat business as well as proactively calling and winning new business opportunities from within the industry.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and their clients, and every call must be treated with the utmost importance and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing competitive quotations and technical support for UK manufactured products.
  2. Identifying and sourcing opportunities to create a consistent pipeline.
  3. Increasing brand awareness in the electrical wholesale industry.
  4. Gaining new customers and sales via proactive daily calls.
  5. Working to exceed monthly sales, calls, and new business targets.
  6. Collating pricing, products, and market feedback.
  7. Liaising with line manager regarding project lead times and deliveries.
  8. Providing excellent and professional customer service to all clients.
  9. Weekly reporting on project forecast.

Requirements:

  1. You are a highly driven sales person and a great communicator at all levels.
  2. You have the ability to deliver consistently.
  3. You are able to manage and motivate yourself to produce results.
  4. You will have a conscientious and personable approach.
  5. You will be ambitious and thrive on success.
  6. You will be eager to learn and adopt new skills.
  7. Able to work within a team daily whilst maintaining own daily targets.

Experience:

  1. A track record of account management and/or internal sales.
  2. Business to Business (B2B) Sales experience.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Benefits:

£27,000 - £30,000 salary, with an uncapped commission structure, 23 days holiday, and free car parking.
