Quality Assurance Specialist

We are a leading recruitment agency, AM2PM Recruitment Solutions Ltd, specializing in placing candidates in food manufacturing positions. As an experienced Quality Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients' products meet the highest quality and safety standards.
The Role:
You will work closely with production teams to maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities include performing GMP audits to ensure hygiene and operational standards, conducting glass and hard plastic audits to minimize contamination risks, carrying out CCP checks to ensure food safety protocols are upheld, and performing calibration checks on equipment to maintain accuracy in production and quality processes.
Requirements:
- A strong background in a food manufacturing environment, preferably within seafood production.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, BRC) is highly advantageous.
