The Job Description:

  • This Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the required quality and safety standards by working closely with production teams to maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
  • Minimising contamination risks through effective glass and hard plastic audits.
  • Ensuring food safety protocols are upheld through CCP (Critical Control Point) checks.
  • Maintaining accuracy in production and quality processes through calibration checks on equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably within seafood production.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, BRC) is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.75 per hour.
