We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious hotel. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for leading a section and contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Food Production: Participate in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, utilizing fresh produce and adhering to strict health and hygiene standards.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead a section of the kitchen, mentoring and training junior staff members to ensure seamless food production and exceptional customer service.
  3. Inventory Management: Monitor and control food stock levels, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory rotation.
  4. Quality Control: Conduct regular food line inspections to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.
  5. Communication: Collaborate with back-of-house personnel to maintain efficient food production and ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: NVQ levels 2 & 3 in culinary arts or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Proven track record in a hotel or restaurant environment, with a strong understanding of food hygiene and safety protocols.
  3. Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  4. Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.
