We are looking for a Hospitality Business Growth Specialist to join our team at The People Pod in Greater Manchester.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth, manage events, and provide exceptional service in a prestigious restaurant. If you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences, building relationships, and driving revenue growth, this role is ideal.

You will identify opportunities to grow the event and group booking business, build relationships with local businesses and organisations, and plan, coordinate, and oversee events to ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard.

  • Detail-Oriented: You ensure no detail is overlooked, from event logistics to guest interactions.
Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify opportunities to grow the event and group booking business, building relationships with local businesses and organisations.
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee events, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Hosting: Act as a warm and professional host for key events, private bookings, and VIP guests, providing a personal touch.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, corporate clients, and local partners to drive repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution of events and functions.
  • Reporting: Track sales and event performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
    • Estimated Salary: £32,500 per annum.
