Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Food and Beverage Host to join our team at The Gloucester. As a Food and Beverage Host, you will be the face of our business, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide friendly, efficient, and prompt service to customers, ensuring they have an amazing experience with us.
    • Be familiar and conversant with current promotions and products available to ensure customers can make the most of their visit.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Proactively offer and provide a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, delivering products you are proud of.
    • Replenish stocks so that customers always have the opportunity to access products at all times.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Promote the use of Grosvenor Membership cards during each interaction with the guest.
    • Promote the Rank Omni Channel/Digital offer through positive customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge
    • Familiarity with food and beverage products and services.
    • Ability to provide recommendations and promote products to customers.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability
    • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
