The Role of the Sales Manager

  • The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to drive sales growth and revenue expansion across the ENT portfolio.
  • ENT - selling to surgeons, speech and language therapists, and clinical staff with a high level of patient interaction.
  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • The area of responsibility covers South London, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent.

The Ideal Candidate for the Sales Manager

  • We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a background in NeuroSpine/ENT surgical sales.
  • Alternatively, we will consider a theatre sales background with a proven track record of success.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience is required.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate stability and a strong work ethic.
  • A mix of clinical and commercial experience is preferred, but more weighted towards theatre sales.
  • The successful candidate will be a driven, enthusiastic, and skilled relationship builder.
