Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our UK Marketing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our brand portfolio strategy, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand portfolio strategy, aligned with our business objectives and consumer insights.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth, including marketing, sales, and product development.
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with regional teams to implement global brand strategies and ensure consistency across markets.
- Develop and maintain deep consumer insights to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive business growth and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
- Experience working in a matrix environment, with a strong understanding of global business operations.
About the Role
This is a temporary (fixed-term) contract, with a duration of 12 months. The role is based in Uxbridge, with a flexible working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
