Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our UK Marketing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our brand portfolio strategy, driving sustainable growth and profit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand portfolio strategy aligned with our brand vision
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement marketing plans that deliver revenue and profit forecasts
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement integrated commercial plans
  • Manage business objectives beyond brand and budget
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consumer behavior, preferably in the consumer goods sector in a matrix environment
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and brand positioning
  • Ability to lead and influence teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
