Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our UK Marketing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our brand portfolio strategy, driving sustainable growth and profit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand portfolio strategy aligned with our brand vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement marketing plans that deliver revenue and profit forecasts
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support profit and loss management and future business development plans
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably in the consumer goods sector
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Excellent analytical and creative skills, with a balance of commercial and strategic acumen
- Ability to lead and influence teams, with strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in a matrix environment, with diverse economic environments a distinct advantage
