We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Crisis Rapid Response Service team at HCRG Staffing. As a Clinical Specialist in Crisis Intervention, you will play a crucial role in providing specialist support to young people with complex needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic multidisciplinary team, applying your skills and expertise to deliver high-quality care and treatment in the community.

  • Collaborate with colleagues from Cornwall Council to develop integrated pathways that provide comprehensive support and treatment for families.
  • Communicate complex information to young people, their families, and agencies, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Build productive relationships with young people and families, often dealing with individuals in distress while facilitating treatment.
  • Provide consultation, advice, and training to professionals across various agencies and settings as required.

The successful candidate will be available to work across a varied rota, including long days and nights, weekends, and bank holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage.

A competitive salary of approximately £35,000 per annum is offered for this role, reflecting the demands and responsibilities associated with working in crisis intervention.
