Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum

Job Description:

The role of a Senior Contract Manager - Construction Projects at Laing O'Rourke involves managing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • To manage contracts from inception to completion.
  • To ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.
  • To develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project objectives.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects. Strong contract management skills, including experience of NEC and JCT type templates. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
