Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Quality Engineer to join our team in [Location]. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality standards of our operational processes and manufacturing outputs, meeting quality specifications, and complying with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar quality role within a manufacturing environment, with expertise in quality control systems, troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, inspect, and improve the quality standards of operational processes and manufacturing outputs.
  2. Provide guidance, review, and support on improvements to production and process controls.
  3. Conduct internal audits in-line with the requirements of the Internal audit schedule.
  4. Review in-process and final product specifications to evaluate and set quality requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar quality role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Internal Auditor – ISO 9001:2015 minimum requirement.
  • Membership of Chartered Quality Institute would be advantageous.
  • HNC/HND or NVQ Level 4 Qualified Mechanical Engineer desirable.
