We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, inspecting, and improving the quality standards of operational processes and manufacturing outputs supporting all our customers.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement quality control systems to meet quality specifications and comply with safety regulations.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to support new product development, quality improvement, and cost savings projects.
  3. Interact with other departments, including suppliers and customers, regarding quality matters.
  4. Monitor and reduce internal scrap and rework, report KPIs monthly and as required.
  5. Provide quality perspective in support of design control and change control activities, including Stage Gate reviews.
