Job Summary:

Hunter AHP is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Community Rehab Specialist in Manchester. As a key member of our adult general rehab therapy team, you will work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physiotherapy services to patients in the community, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, ACPs, and rehab assistants, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Physiotherapist in the NHS, with a focus on community-based care.
  • Band 5/6 level experience and qualifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
