Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physiotherapy services to patients in the community, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, ACPs, and rehab assistants, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to achieve patient goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of rehabilitation programs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Physiotherapist in the NHS, with a focus on community-based rehabilitation.
  • Band 5/6 level experience and qualifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility to work 4-5 days per week, with a long-term contract.
