Customer Service Representative for Housing and Support Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Advance, a national not-for-profit provider of housing and support services for people with disabilities and mental health conditions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be confident in diagnosing repairs over the telephone and via email, and have experience in handling high-volume calls. Additionally, you will need to be able to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing), make sound judgments on the information available, and have experience in housing or a customer-focused environment.
You will be expected to demonstrate PRIDE behaviours in your job role, including professionalism, respect, integrity, dedication, and enthusiasm. You will also be required to work closely with other teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £24,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including paid holiday, sector-specific training, access to Perks at Work, long service awards, and a cycle to work scheme.
