We are recruiting for a Head of Nuclear Projects to lead our Nuclear & Power Division at AtkinsRéalis. As a seasoned professional in the field of civil engineering, you will be responsible for the civil engineering package of works for a given project.

The successful candidate will have experience working with large-scale projects and will be comfortable making engineering-based decisions with significant impact on engineering risk.

This is a great opportunity to work on decarbonisation development, new builds, and energy efficiency projects that align with the UK's Net Zero target by 2050.

You will become part of an integrated multi-disciplined team shaping the future of the Energy industry by delivering world-class projects.

The estimated salary for this role is £100,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The role is based in our Bristol or Epsom office and offers a disability confident employer status and support for STEM returners.

  • You should be a chartered engineer with demonstrable technical knowledge and experience within civil and structural engineering design and construction.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a firm grasp of the context and implications of engineering activities and decisions are necessary.
