A leading manufacturer in the automotive and high technology sectors has selected Zenoot Ltd as its exclusive recruitment partner to manage the hiring of a Financial Manager. Offering excellent career development opportunities, you will be responsible for managing the finance team and providing accurate financial and accounting information for the company. Candidates are sought with experience working in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing, engineering, distribution, technology, or similar.
The Role
- Lead and manage the finance team, including payroll.
- Generate monthly management accounts, statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts for group reporting.
- Ensure statutory reporting is done to a high level and on time.
- Report on financial and manufacturing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform financial modeling to highlight business opportunities, decision impacts, and risks.
- Support the product pricing and quoting process.
- Conduct financial analysis to predict the company's financial health.
- Monitor spending and create annual budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all group accounting and control policies.
- Reduce costs and implement efficiencies to increase profit.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing, distribution, engineering, etc).
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and reports.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in Excel required.
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Qualifications in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
