Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Training and Compliance Senior Manager / Director or Partner to join our client's team in Taunton. As the main office lead on financial reporting, you will be responsible for ensuring the firm's compliance with regulatory requirements and managing risk across the organization. You will also lead the delivery of technical training across the firm, focusing on accounting and non-tax related technical matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead the delivery of technical training across the firm
  • Manage risk and practice assurance across the organization
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CTA or similar) and have a strong background in the accountancy practice sector. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
