About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team at Lookers Bishop Stortford Volvo. As a Sales Executive, you will be a key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and in-person to understand their needs and preferences
  • Achieve sales targets and minimum profit objectives, as well as finance and insurance products
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to showcase our range of new and used cars
  • Complete mandatory paperwork and processes as required to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forward all new and used car enquiry leads and building a rapport with customers to convert appointments into sales
  • Live and breathe the brand, emulating a passion for driving and bringing a sense of excitement to customers' new car purchases

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service, and a passion for the motor trade industry. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. You will need to hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
