We are seeking a skilled Car Park Cashier to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. as part of a 2.5-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a car park environment and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate charge explanations to customers and maintain detailed and accurate recording procedures.
  • Reconcile cash and tickets, and comply with procedures for recording on the Cashier Shift Report.
  • Record lost tickets, authorized controlled exits, pass card rejections, barrier raises, and other relevant data.
  • Perform minor and basic repairs, and first-line maintenance on access control equipment.
  • Monitor and request consumables to ensure smooth car park operations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a car park setting is desirable, but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Important Notes:

  • Candidates must be available to start immediately or at short notice.
  • Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
  • An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
