Valet Parking Attendant

At Raffles London at The OWO, we are seeking a skilled Valet Parking Attendant to join our Residences Department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe collection, parking, and return of resident and hotel guest cars, as well as securely logging keys and mileage. Additionally, they will provide excellent concierge services to our guests during their stay.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Parking and retrieving vehicles for customers safely and promptly
  • Meeting and greeting residents and residents' guests
  • Managing the valet podium
  • Keeping the valet stand and parking area clean and organized
  • Actively communicating with Hotel and Residences concierge
  • Additional responsibilities in absence of line manager or senior employee

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and an understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24h operational schedule when required.
