Reporting into the Director of Residences, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection, parking, and return of resident and hotel guest cars securely, looking after and logging keys and mileage, as well as cleaning and valeting cars.

The role will support and offer excellent concierge services to our guests during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parking and retrieving vehicles for customers safely and promptly
  • Meeting and greeting residents and their guests
  • Managing the valet podium
  • Keeping the valet stand and parking area clean and organized
  • Actively communicating with Hotel and Residences concierge
  • Additional responsibilities in the absence of the line manager or senior employee
  • Performing other duties as required or assigned, including working in a different department or restaurant than usually assigned

Requirements:

  • A proven track record and ability to provide high levels of service under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken
  • An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required

Work Arrangements:

No remote work

Full-time employment
