Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in Central Bristol. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences for our members.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing first-class customer service, with a strong understanding of the pension administration process. You will be passionate about helping others and will possess excellent communication skills.

About the Company

We are a leading provider of pension administration services, with over 800 staff across 5 offices. Our client provides pension administration on behalf of their clients, and we are seeking someone who is passionate about providing a fantastic customer experience.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members with queries regarding their benefits held within the pension scheme. Your responsibilities will include fielding incoming questions via telephone calls and other customer contact channels, updating members, escalating non-responses, and ensuring contact acknowledged and where appropriate cases escalated.
