Job Title: Band 5 Night Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN/RNLD/RMN) to join our dynamic healthcare team at Willing Care Recruitment.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Nurse to work in a supportive environment that values diversity and prioritizes the well-being of patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and mental health
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards and best practices
  • Provide empathetic support and guidance to patients and their families
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Requirements:
  • Nursing qualification - RGN/RMN/RNLD
  • Valid registration with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing, particularly in the areas of eating disorders, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and general Mental Health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
