Job Summary:The post holder will be responsible for assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating programs of care with the multidisciplinary team and patients' families. As a band 5 A& E nurse, you will work in our emergency department, providing high-quality care to patients and supporting the team in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties:- Assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate programs of care with the multidisciplinary team and patients' families.
- Act as a named nurse under the supervision of a senior team leader.
- Support and respond as requested by the department in the event of a major incident being declared.
- Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values.
- 1st/ 2nd level registration.
- 12 months experience after qualifying.
- 6 months recent A& E experience.
We offer a variety of bank shifts, both days and nights, across all our sites with competitive hourly rates. Our long day and night shifts are paid at a premium rate.
