Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare. This is a unique opportunity to work in a niche sector, providing highly complex clinical care services delivered in the homes of service users.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in A&E nursing and be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and delivering clinical training to our healthcare assistants and support workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take clinical ownership of your service user caseload, creating and managing bespoke care plans.
- Lead and deliver clinical training for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers.
- Ensure a compliant, high-quality, person-centred care service.
- Build strong relationships with service users and their care teams.
- Provide ongoing mandatory training and development in line with national standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A valid NMC Pin
- 2 years' post-qualification experience in A&E nursing
- UK Driver's License with access to a vehicle
Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, pro rata
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
