We're a dynamic organization that takes pride in creating most of our systems in-house. Our Computer Services are the backbone of our operations, supporting both our business and NEXT Technology.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our ServiceNow team, working alongside our Team Leader and Technical Specialist to deliver new functionality across the Core ServiceNOW platform.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for scoping, implementing, and testing projects, ensuring effective communication and documentation. You'll also provide technical advice to junior team members and demonstrate expertise in developing the ServiceNow platform.

This is a hybrid role, with an average of 2-3 days in the office per week. We offer relocation support to help you join our team.

Main Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of platform best practices, table structures, security rules (ACLs), and client-server scripting (including script includes).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow Glide classes, AJAX, and XML.
  • Experience in Service Portal development (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap).
  • System integration skills using inbound and outbound web services (REST, SOAP).
Estimated Salary:

£65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
