About the Role">

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton York. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all segments.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Drive revenue growth through the development and implementation of targeted sales initiatives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations.
  3. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for new business development and drive growth in emerging markets.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met through personal relationships with customers and key partners.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in hospitality sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
