About the Role

Are you an experienced Culinary Operations Manager? We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our exceptional catering team at Caterplus.

This position is part of our esteemed brand, Caterplus, recognized as one of the UK's premier catering services in the care sector. Your Responsibilities Include:

As the Culinary Operations Manager, you will oversee the catering team, ensuring the delivery of a top-notch service. Your role will encompass recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to maintain operational excellence.

  • Leading and inspiring a team of 6, including 5 General Assistants and 1 2nd Chef
  • Preparing and serving lunch for residents
  • Managing and adhering to budgetary constraints
  • Facilitating effective communication within the team and with clients
  • Conducting weekly inventory assessments
  • Overseeing weekly supply orders

Working Hours: 5 days a week, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with daytime shifts only.
