Your Responsibilities

As the Chef Manager, you will take charge of the culinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals and services. Your role will include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of 6, including 5 General Assistants and 1 2nd Chef.
  • Overseeing the preparation and cooking of lunch services for residents.
  • Managing and adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Facilitating effective communication within the team and with clients to achieve operational excellence.
  • Conducting weekly stocktakes and managing inventory.
  • Handling weekly orders for supplies.

Working Hours: This role requires a commitment of 5 days a week, from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, totaling 37.5 hours, with daytime shifts only.
