Are you an experienced Culinary Operations Manager? We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our catering team at Caterplus.

This position is integral to our esteemed brand, Caterplus, recognized as a premier provider of catering services in the care sector. Your Responsibilities Include:

As the Culinary Operations Manager, you will oversee the catering team, ensuring high standards of service and food quality. Your role will encompass:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of six, including five General Assistants and one Second Chef.
  • Planning and executing a nutritious lunchtime menu for residents.
  • Managing financial aspects, including budget control.
  • Facilitating effective communication within the team and with clients to achieve operational excellence.
  • Conducting weekly inventory assessments.
  • Coordinating weekly supply orders.

Work Schedule: This role requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, with shifts from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life schedule.
