Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our Qdoba Mexican Eats team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing restaurant environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, quality food, and outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that promotes teamwork and open communication.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, providing comprehensive guidance and support to ensure they excel in their roles.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records and optimizing inventory management to minimize waste and costs.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain exceptional levels of quality and consistency.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, analyzing financial data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing prompt and professional resolution to maintain a positive brand image and reputation.
  • Prepare and submit reports, presenting key insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making and drive business success.
  • Establish work schedules, coordinating with staff to ensure adequate coverage and effective resource allocation.

Work Details

This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package, including 30-40 hours per week and supervision of 5-10 people. We anticipate a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
