Care Home Manager Opportunity
A highly rewarding role has become available for a skilled Care Home Manager to lead our nursing home in Winsford, Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Care Home Manager to take on a new challenge, leveraging their expertise to make a real difference in the lives of residents and their families. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the care home, overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of a talented team, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive excellence in care and resident satisfaction, leading by example and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality of care and resident satisfaction, working closely with the team to achieve these goals.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to maintain excellent CQC ratings.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and person-centred care approaches.
  • Manage the nursing home's finances, balancing budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control while maintaining high-quality care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing home, introducing necessary improvements to enhance overall quality of care and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high-quality care and achieving excellent results.
  • NMC registration (Nurse / RGN / RMN)
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and requirements.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
  • Relevant qualification in health and social care.

Annual Salary: Up to £65,000
