Job Title: Finance Assistant/Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant/Administrator to join our team at Intelligent Human Resources Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier invoices and credits, verifying orders and returns, and resolving related queries.
  • Manage bank payment runs, including daily checks of previous day's payment records against relevant systems.
  • Reconcile all bank, card, and cash accounts, identifying errors and resolving related queries.
  • Export sales invoices and credits from our OMS system, adding tax and nominal codes, and tracking categories.
  • Monitor Xero reporting to ensure accurate coding and entry, and rectify discrepancies.
  • Provide weekly order and wax removal reports to the management team.
  • Offer finance support to centre teams via phone and email, completing all necessary finance admin on the OMS system.
  • Resolve queries from centre teams on a regular basis.
  • Process finance-related post that arrives at head office weekly.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by your manager.
  • Store digital copies of all supplier correspondence and complete digital backups of documents weekly.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial software, including Xero and Sage 50 Payroll.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
