The Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team and support on events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event planning and coordination, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Event Manager and wider production team in planning and executing events
  • Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to ensure successful event delivery
  • Work with suppliers to source materials and services, and liaise with warehouse teams to ensure smooth logistics
  • Organize accommodation and transport for event attendees, and register delegates as they arrive
  • Develop and implement event itineraries, and communicate with guests on the day of the event

Requirements

  • Experience working in events or hospitality, with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and work hard with the team
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
