Pension Scheme Events Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Scheme Events Administrator to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our pensions administration team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production of pension increases, benefit statements, and administration reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with occupational pension schemes, coaching and supporting less experienced associates, and working on projects. They will be customer-focused, quality-driven, and proficient in using Excel spreadsheets.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum. This is a competitive salary package that reflects the importance of this role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pensions administration services.
Responsibilities:- In conjunction with the Team Leader, ensure all delivery promises and performance standards are achieved.
- Identify associate training needs and raise with Team Leader, proposing solutions where appropriate.
- Monitor own projects and that of junior associates via the Team Planner to ensure agreed target dates are achieved.
- Produce test packs for automation, test, and sign off calculations for DB and DC members.
- Experience of dealing with occupational pension schemes.
- Experience of coaching and supporting less experienced associates.
- Experience of working on projects an advantage.
- Customer and quality focused.
- Computer literate with experience of using Excel spreadsheets.
