Job Title: Compliance Risk Assessment Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Assessment Specialist to join our team at Deutsche Bank. As a key member of our Compliance Risk Management Office, you will play a critical role in the facilitation and execution of compliance risk assessments globally.

Key Responsibilities:

* Configuring and maintaining risk assessment templates in our CRA system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Producing Key Risk Indicators and risk metrics reports to provide risk assessors with valuable insights into risk profiles
* Developing and distributing management information, including Key Performance Indicators related to CRA execution
* Conducting quality assurance over risk assessment ratings and rationales to ensure compliance with minimum standards

Requirements:

* A financial services background with experience in operational risk management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
