About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist class teachers with classroom activities and provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
  • Build positive interactions to boost students' confidence and self-esteem.
  • Support students with complex needs and provide personal care duties as needed.
  • Contribute to a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Our client school is a welcoming, inclusive, and thriving institution in Brent, holding an outstanding OFSTED rating. We support individuals aged 2-19 with challenging behaviour and are committed to delivering top-tier education.

Requirements
  • Available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Recent experience supporting individuals with additional needs.
  • Ready for an immediate start.
  • Willingness to undergo child and adult DBS clearance through Lara Search.
