Job Title: Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? Do you have experience working with children with disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a friendly and inclusive mainstream school in Brent.

About the Role:

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a mainstream classroom setting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a safe, interactive, and engaging learning environment
  • Working closely with the class teacher to assist with lesson plans and classroom activities
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to enhance learning and social skills

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent experience working with children with special educational needs
