Vulnerable Children Care Specialist

We are looking for a Vulnerable Children Care Specialist to work with Hunts Recruitment Ltd in a residential setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying the emotional, physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the young person and making appropriate decisions in consultation with the Management Team.
The job involves supervising and sharing meal times with the young person to encourage positive attitudes towards food and behaviour at mealtimes.
Other key tasks include assisting in delivering day care and leisure opportunities following individual activity programmes.
Salary: approximately £25,000 - £31,500 based on location and experience. A rewarding work environment, casual dress code and access to perks are offered.
